L’imagerie d’intervention non vasculaire en pathologie abdominale
Imagery of non vascular intervention in abdominal pathology
Intervention imagery in abdominal pathology envolves diagnostic or therapeutic action which is realized using an imagery technique : echography, scanography, televised radioscopy are the guidance methods which are most often used.
Thin needle biopsies are made in cases of circumscribed lesions of the liver, the bile ducts, the pancreas, the spleen or abdominal masses. Parenchymatous or intra-peritoneal abscess are aspirated or drained. The bile ducts can be bypassed in certain cases of malignant or benign obstruction.
